Weather Cancelation Policy for April and May Family Music Days
In the event that rain is forecast for the day, every attempt will be made to continue with class as scheduled. Our rain plan includes keeping sound equipment protected on the covered porch. Families will be directed to park so that a transition to a tailgate class under the shelter of their vehicle is possible if it becomes necessary for part of the class time. Families are encouraged to bring something waterproof to sit on and their rain gear for days that may be wet.
If lightning or hail are forecast during schedules class times, ACMS will cancel outdoor activities. Families will be notified via email of the cancelation, and ACMS will make every effort to ensure that notice is received at least one hour prior to class. Families will have the opportunity to transfer their registration to another date as space permits on a first come, first served basis or receive a refund by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. 48 hours after the cancelation, any families who have not yet contacted the Registrar will be automatically refunded.
