WHS Parking Spot Auction and Sponsorships

Each year, Armstrong Community Music School (ACMS) makes a limited number of parking spots available to Westlake High School families as part of our fundraising efforts. Proceeds benefit both the WHS music programs and ACMS community programs, making your participation a meaningful investment in the power of music.

Annual Online Auction

Each spring, ACMS hosts a limited online auction for reserved Westlake High School parking spots for the upcoming school year.

2026 Auction Details for the 2026–2027 School Year

• Auction opens: Tuesday, April 28 at 8:00 AM
• Auction closes: Sunday, May 3 at 8:00 PM
• Spots available: 3
• Starting bid: $1,500
• Bid increments: $250
• Buy It Now price: $8,500

With only three spots available, the auction is designed to encourage strong participation and competitive bidding, aligned with WHS PTA auction parameters.

Year-Round Sponsorship Option – Guaranteed Parking

In addition to the annual auction, families and businesses may choose to become ACMS sponsors and receive a guaranteed parking spot for a designated period.

• $10,000 – Full school year sponsorship (August–May)
• $2,500 – Quarterly sponsorship

All sponsorships are fully tax-deductible and include:

• Guaranteed parking during your sponsorship term
• Recognition, if desired, on ACMS’s Corporate Sponsors page
• The opportunity to support both WHS music programs and ACMS community programs
